BUSY?
might return 1, indicating that the instrument is busy.
*CAL? (Query Only)
Instructs the logic scope to perform an internal self-calibration and return its
calibration status.
NOTE. The self-calibration takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. No other
commands will be executed during this period.
Calibration and Diagnostic
*CAL?
*CAL ?
<NR1> = 0 indicates that the calibration completed without any errors detected.
<NR1> 0 indicates that the calibration did not complete successfully.
*CAL?
performs an internal self-calibration and might return 0 to indicate that the
calibration was successful.
