<NR3> ranges from 0 to 100%, and is the low reference level. The default is 10%.
MEASUREMENT:REFLEVEL:PERCENT:LOW 30
sets the low reference level value to 30% of HIGH.
MEASUREMENT:REFLEVEL:PERCENT:LOW?
might return 15.0E+0, indicating the low reference level value is set to 15%
of HIGH.
MEASUrement:REFLevel:PERCent:MID
Sets or queries the Mid reference level (as a percentage of HIGH). Use this
command to calculate the mid reference level when MEASUrement:REFLe-
vel:METHod is set to PERCent. This command is equivalent to setting the
Reference Levels in the Measure menu.
