centage of maximum heart rate.

Calories burned during the session and fat burn % of calories
Average and maximum speed/pace of the session.
Visible if you trained outdoors and the GPS function was on.
Your Running Index is calculated when you train outdoors with the GPS func-
tion on and you are using a heart rate sensor. The following requirements also
apply:
l Sport profile used is a running type sport (Running, Road Running,
Trail running etc.)
l Speed should be 6 km/h / 3,75 mi/h or faster and duration a minimum
of 12 minutes
