8.3.2 Size
The size can be adjusted in a vertical or horizontal way.
When adjusting the vertical size, the upper side of the image is fixed (table and ceiling mounted
configurations) and only the lower side can be moved to its exact position.
When adjusting the horizontal size, the left side of the image is fixed and only the right side can be
moved to its exact position.
To start up the size adjustment:
Push the cursor key
up or down to highlight 'Size'.
Press
ENTER to select.
Push the cursor key
up or down to size the image in a vertical direction. Push the cursor key
left or right to size the image in a horizontal direction.
8.3.3 Side Keystone
A side keystone adjustment is used to align the image if the projector is mounted at a non standard
projection angle
To start up aligning the keystone
Push the cursor key
up or down to highlight 'Side Keystone'.
Press
ENTER to select.
Push the cursor key
left or right to adjust the keystone of the image.
When the upper part of the image is wider than the lower part of the image, push the
left cursor
key. The number indication below the bar scale will be negative.
When the lower part of the image is wider than the lower part of the image, push the
right cur-
sor key. The number indication below the bar scale will be positive.
8.3.4 Blanking
Blanking adjustments affect only the edges of the projected image and are used to frame the pro-
jected image on to the screen and to hide or black out unwanted information (or noise). A '
0' on
the bar scale indicates
no blanking.
To adjust the
blanking:
Push the cursor key
up or down to highlight 'Blanking'.
Press
ENTER to display the blanking menu.
The following blanking corrections are possible :
top blanking
bottom blanking
left blanking
right blanking
8.3.5 Aspect Ratio [5:4]/[4:3]/[16:9]
To force the projector in a typical aspect ratio, e.g. projecting a 4:3 image in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
To install the desired aspect ratio:
Push the cursor key
up or down to highlight 'Aspect Ratio'.
Press
ENTER to toggle between [5:4] or [4:3] or [16:9].
