3.2 Chest belt
• Remove the battery cover from the
bottom of the belt using a small coin.
• Remove the old battery.
• Install the new 3V (CR2032) battery with
the positive (+) pole facing the battery
cover and replace the cover.
4 BUTTONS
A. START/STOP BUTTON [St/Stp]
• To "start" or "stop" the chronograph function
during chronograph mode.
• To scroll though files.
• To toggle On or Off.
• To activate or deactive the alarm during
alarm mode.
• To increase the digits during setting display.
B. LIGHT BUTTON [Light]
• To turn on the back light.
C. LAP BUTTON [Lap]
• To decrease the digits during setting display.
• To select one of the different heart rate
monitor data in heart rate mode.
D. MODE BUTTON [Mode]
• To select among the different functions in time mode.
• To select among the setting items during setting display.
E. RESET BUTTON [Reset]
• To "reset" the chronograph function during chronograph mode.
F. SENSOR BUTTON [Sensor]
• To active heart rate mode.
• Press and hold to measure your heart rate.
