Keyboard Track
Keyboardtrackingletsyouvarythevolumeasyouplayup
anddownthekeyboard.Usually,someamountofkeytrack
ingisnecessaryinordertomakethevolumeconsistent
acrosstheentirerange.
PS60’skeyboardtrackingcanbefairlycomplex,ifdesired.
Youcancreatedifferentratesofchangeoveruptofourdif
ferentpartsofthekeyboard.Forinstance ,youcan:
•Makethevolumeincreaseveryquicklyoverthemiddle
ofthekeyboard,andthenincreasemoreslowly–ornotat
all–inthehigheroctaves.
•Makethevolumeincreaseasyouplayloweronthe
keyboard.
•Createabruptchangesatcertainkeys,fo
rsplitlike
effects.
