Silencing all notes on a specific channel

Whenthisisreceived,allcu rrently‐soundingnotesonthat
channelwillbeturnedoff(asthoughthekeyshadbeen
released).However,thereleaseportionofthenoteswill
remain.ThesoundwilldecayaccordingtotheReleaseset‐
tings.

Whenthismessageisreceived,allnotessoundingonthat
channelwillstopimmediately,regardlessoftheirRelease
settings.(However,effectsettingswillnotbemuted.)
