line of the table and choose the corresponding
column, for example, 66-75 bpm.
2. Find your gender and age from the left column,
for example, men 35-44 years.
3. Compare your OwnRelax value to the OwnRelax
value range, for example, 16-23 ms.
4. If your OwnRelax value is less than the average
range, you are most probably less relaxed. If your
OwnRelax value is higher than the average range,
you are most probably well relaxed.
