15. At the end of the last scrolling sequence, a further
press of the Start/Lap button will display “End” to indicate
there is no further data to display. A short press of the
Start/Lap button or a long press of the Light button will
return to the Time in Zone main screen. A short press of
the Light button will return to the scrolling sequence for
the previous lap.
16. Interval Recall Data: If the Interval timer was used,
the button press in step 11 will allow you to view the
Interval Memory screens.
17. If recovery phases were governed by recovery heart
rate, skip to step 22. If recovery phases were governed by
time, the current total elapsed stopwatch time will be dis-
played in the upper row of the display. “tot” and the cur-
rent number of intervals completed will be displayed in the
lower row of the display. Note: If recall data is accessed
while the stopwatch is running, stopwatch time will con-
tinue to accumulate although it will not be shown to
advance in the recall screen.
18. Press the Start/Lap button to view a scrolling sequence
of three recall screens for Interval 1. Each screen appears
for three seconds.
A) The first screen shows interval number in the upper row
of the display, and heart rate at the end of the recovery
phase (as bpm and %MHR) in the lower row.
B) The second screen shows interval number in the upper
row of the display, and average heart rate for the exercise
phase (as bpm and %MHR) in the lower row.
C) The third screen shows interval number in the upper row
of the display, and maximum heart rate during the exercise
phase (as bpm and %MHR) in the lower row.
19. Press the Start/Lap button at any point during the
scrolling sequence to advance to the scrolling sequence for
Interval 2, and so on until the recall screens for all inter-
vals have been viewed.
20. Press the Light button at any point during the scrolling
sequence to return to the scrolling sequence for the previ-
ous interval.
21. At the end of the last scrolling sequence, a further
press of the Start/Lap button will display to “End” to indi-
cate there is no further data to display. A short press of
the Start/Lap button or a long press of the Light button
will return to the Time in Zone main screen. A short press
of the Light button will return to the scrolling sequence for
the previous interval..
