• Sport zones: Set the lower limits for 5 sport
zones.
User Settings
Access user settings by selecting UP/DOWN >
Settings > User.
• Weight: Enter your weight.
• Height: Enter your height.
• Birthday: Enter your date of birth.
• Sex: Select Male or Female.
• Activity: Select the alternative that best
describes the overall amount and intensity of
your physical activity during the past three
months.
• Low: 0-1 hours a week. You do not
participate regularly in programmed
recreational sport or heavy physical activity.
For instance, you walk only for pleasure, or
train hard enough to cause heavy breathing
or perspiration only occasionally.
