DELUXE
COOL DOWN MODE
After you have completed your timed workout, the console will display
“COOL DOWN’. This is to let you know that the program has ended.
Now you are in a manual mode cool down and have control of the speed
and elevation buttons. This lets the you cool down at your own pace.
COMPLETING YOUR WORKOUT
Once you feel your cool down time is enough, press STOP and the
Treadmill will stop.
1. Attach safety key clip to clothing
2. Choose PROGRAM using arrows,
press SELECT
3. Choose LEVEL using arrows,
press SELECT
4. Choose TIME using arrows,
press START to begin OR press
SELECT to continue
5. Choose WEIGHT using arrows,
press START
