DELUXE
WARM UP MODE - HR1
Now the Treadmill is in the manual warm up mode.
You control both the speed and elevation to reach your target heart rate
plus or minus 5 Beats-per-Minute (BPM). Once a steady heart rate is
found, the console will beep 3 times and then enter the Heart Rate Training
mode.
WARM UP MODE - HR2
Now the Treadmill is in the warmup mode.
The Treadmill is in manual mode for the 2 minute warmup; you select your
speed and elevation. At the end of 2 minutes if you have not achieved
+
/ 5 BPM of the target heart rate, the Treadmill will incline to
+
/ 5 BPM
of your target heart rate. The incline will continue to adjust to maintain your
target zone.
