Tighten the:

REAR UPRIGHT (16) to the BASE (10).

FRONT UPRIGHT (11) to the BASE (10).
¯
TOP BOOM (7) to the REAR UPRIGHT (16).
¯
and the TOP BOOM (7) to the FRONT UPRIGHT (11).
