I picked up a used Parabody Serious Steel 400 Series Home Gym last year. I have found a manual online, but I haven't been able to find the exercise wall chart that would have come with it when it was new. I think the exercise chart would be the same for all of the 400 Series Home Gyms. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated. Thank you
