Scoring Your Fitness Workout
This information helps you interpret your score for the Test
Your Fitness workout.
The score for this test is determined by this formula: Rate of
oxygen (O
2
) consumption, in ml per minute, modified for the
users maximum heart rate (220 - age), divided by the users
weight in kilograms.
