Link. There are three tabs in the settings window: User, Time and Calibration.

Ifyou’realreadyamemberofNike+,clickthebuttonandlog-in.Ifyouwanttojoin
Nike+,clicktheJoinNike+buttonandfollowtheinstructions.(Afteryoujoinorlog-in,
thesebuttonswilldisappear.)
Entering Your Username
YourusernamewillautomaticallyappearasGuestuntilyoulog-inorjoinNike+.
You can simply use guest and still track your runs on nikeplus.com, but joining allows
youtoentervirtualraces,challengeyourfriendsandmuchmore.Ifyou’realreadya
memberofNike+,goaheadandclickthelog-inbutton,asdescribedabove.
Entering Your Weight To Track Calories Burned
To track your calories burned while you run, you’ll need to enter your current weight.
IntheUsertab(fig.14),typeinyourweight,thenusethepop-upmenutochoose
pounds or kilograms.
Update your weight as needed, to keep the calories calculated accurate.
