7. The console will display “# OF INTERVALS”. Enter the desired number of
intervals, up to 15, using the numeric keypad and press [ENTER]. Or, press
[ENTER] to accept the default value.
8. The console will display “PRESS START”. Pressing the “QUICK START” button
will commence the workout.
Walk speed may be changed at any time during the workout by pressing the
[Speed: UP] key to increase the walk speed, or the [Speed: DOWN] key to decrease
the walk speed. Any changes to the walk speed will only change the walk speed in
the current rest or work phase. To change the walk speed of the work phase, you
must change the walk speed during a work phase. To change the walk speed of
the rest phase, you must change the walk speed during a rest phase. Changing the
walk speed will not change the look of the remaining profile; however, the new walk
speed will continue through the rest of the workout.
Treadle displacement may be changed at any time during the workout by pressing
the [TREADLE: MAX] key to increase the height, or the [TREADLE: MIN] key to
decrease the height. Any changes to the displacement will only change the height in
the current rest or work phase. To change the displacement of the work phase, you
must change the height during a work phase. To change the displacement of the rest
phase, you must change the height during a rest phase. Changing the displacement
will not change the look of the remaining profile; however, the new height will
continue through the rest of the workout.
