WORKOUT PROGRAM OVERVIEW
TC916 Intervals
In the TC916 Intervals workout, users can create a custom interval program by
entering Rest Walk Speed and Time, Work Walk Speed and Time, and total # of
intervals.
To use the TC916 Intervals Program:
1. Press the [MORE WORKOUTS] key. Then, use the Treadle MAX or MIN, or
Speed UP or DOWN keys to scroll through the program options. When the
console displays “TC916 INTERVALS”, press [ENTER] to accept.
2. The console will then display “ENTER WEIGHT – LBS” (or “ENTER WEIGHT
– KG” if in Metric mode). Enter your weight using the numeric keypad and
press [ENTER]. Or, press [ENTER] to accept the default value.
3. The console will display “ENTER SPEED AT MAX – MPH” (or “ENTER SPEED
AT MAX – KMH” if in Metric mode). Enter the desired work walk speed
using the numeric keypad and press [ENTER]. Or, press [ENTER] to accept the
default value.
NOTE: Treadles will be set to MIN during the work portion of the interval,
unless changed using the Treadle MAX key.
4. The console will then display “ENTER SPEED AT MIN - MPH” (or “ENTER
SPEED AT MIN - KMH if in Metric mode). Enter the desired time up to 9:59
and press [ENTER]. Or, press [ENTER] to accept the default value.
5. The console will display “ENTER REST WALK SPEED - MPH” (or “ENTER
REST WALK SPEED – KMH” if in Metric mode). Enter the desired rest walk
speed using the numeric keypad and press [ENTER]. Or, press [ENTER] to
accept the default value.
NOTE: Treadles will be set to MIN during the rest portion of the interval,
unless changed using the Treadle MAX key.
6. The console will then display “ENTER TIME AT MIN”. Enter the desired time
up to 9:59 and press [ENTER]. Or, press [ENTER] to accept the default value.
