accurately is more difficult than
obtaining the averaged heart rate
only, because R-R recording rate is
shielded less from measurement

contact gel (ECG gel) to ensure
contact between your skin and the
transmitter. It is useful to minimize
the use of the heart touch function
and backlight, because the heart
