MAINTENANCE
CLEANING:
Routinecleaningofyourtreadmillwillextendtheproduct'slife.
Warning:Topreventelectricalshock,besurethepowertothetreadmillisOFFandthepowercordisunplugged
fromthewallelectricaloutletbeforeattemptinganycleaningormaintenance.
Important:Donot
useabrasivesorsolventstocleanthetreadmill.Topreventdamagetothecomputer,keepliquids
awayandkeepitoutofdirectsunlight.
Aftereachworkout:Wipeofftheconsoleandothertreadmillsurfaceswithaclean,waterdampenedsoftclothto
removeexcessperspiration.
Weekly:Useof
atreadmillmatisrecommendedforeaseofcleaning.Dirtfromyourshoescontactsthebeltand
eventuallymakesittounderneaththetreadmill.Vacuumunderneathtreadmillonceaweek.
DECKLUBRICATION:
Thewalkingbelthasbeenpre‐lubricatedatthefactory.However,itisrecommendedthatthewalking
boardbechecked
periodicallyforlubricationtoensureoptimaltreadmillperformance.Yourtreadmillshouldnothavetobelubricatedusually
withinthefirst400hoursofuse.
Every2monthsofoperationliftthesidesofthewalkingbeltandfeelthetopsurfaceofthewalkingboardasfar
asyoucan
reach.Ifyoufeelsignsofsilicone,nofurtherlubricationisrequired.Ifitfeelsdrytothetouch,followtheinstructionsbelow.
PleaseuseLube'NWalk(canbepurchasedfromyourdealerorcallthenumberonthefrontofthemanual),ora
non‐
petroleumbasedsiliconesuchas"Napa8300"(availableatmoststores).

Toapplylubricanttothewalkingbelt:
1. Positionthewalkingbeltsothattheseamislocatedontopandincenterofthewalking
board.
2. Insertthespraynozzleintothesprayheadofthelubricantcan.
3. Whileliftingthesideofthewalkingbelt,positionthespraynozzlebetweenthewalkingbeltandtheboard
approximately6"fromthefrontofthetreadmill.Applythesiliconespraytothewalking
board,movingfromthefront
ofthetreadmilltotherear.Repeatthisontheothersideofthebelt.Sprayapproximately1/4bottle(suppliedwith
treadmill)eachside..
4. Allowthesiliconeto"set"for1minutebeforeusingthetreadmill.
