Cool-down Phase
1. First
Preset heart rate limits 3 (if set on).
2. Then
Countdown timer 3.
Heart rate information.
Countdown timer starts running if you have set the timer 3
on. If you have set the timer off press and hold OK to end
the cool-down phase.
3. At the end of cool-down phase
Cool-down phase duration.
Average heart rate of the cool-down phase.
After your cool-down phase has ended the receiver
automatically continues exercise recording with
BasicUse mode.
You can continue using the heart rate limits of the interval exercise in this
mode too. Or, if you want to do another interval training exercise, press
and hold the OK button.
