OW NER 'S MAN UAL
CONSOLE
The console switches on when the product is
connected to the power source. Always unplug this
appliance from the electrical outlet immediately
after using. If you do not press a key, or pedal for
more than 4 minutes, the console automatically
switches off.
You can select training program when the console
is in the Stop function (the symbol P on the
display). Press then RESET and select the program
with the + / - keys.
The displays are automatically activated when
you start your training session. To move from one
display to another, use the MODE key. The meter
reacts to all impulses after a couple of seconds (the
heart rate measurements will start after a delay of
approximately 10 seconds).
IMPORTANT! When heart rate control is used,
the resistance will be adjusted upwards in 30
second cycles and downwards in 15 second cycles.
IMPORTANT! The meter will only prompt for
your age after turning the power off. Otherwise the
entered age will remain on the meter's memory.
KEYS
START / STOP

FUNCTIONS
1. RPM / SPEED
The rotations of the crank arm are shown on the
display. The display changes between the rotations
per minute (rpm) and the speed (km/h).
2. TIME
The training time counts upward, starting at
00:00, and runs to 99:99 minutes. Then the time
begins again at 00:00. The colon (:) blinks once
per second.
3. DISTANCE
The distance is displayed in kilometers (km) and,
if not preset, counts upward from 0.00 to 99.99 in
increments of 0.01 kilometers.
4. WATTS / CALORIES
The display will alternate between the values.
Effort in watts. In this unit, energy consumption
is calculated based on average values. However,
as each person has different capabilities for
producing energy (known as efficiency), the energy
consumption displayed can, by necessity, only
be an approximation of the actual consumption
and cannot be used for therapeutic purposes. The
energy consumption during a training session is
displayed in kcal (kilocalories). To convert this into
joules, use this formula: 1 kcal = 4.187 kJ.
5. PULSE
Values are set just like before for time and distance.
Before the console can display the pulse rate or
the pulse ranges, it needs at least 10 seconds for
calculation purposes.
FUNCTIONS
1. MANUAL
Exercise using your selected resistance level (1-16).
You can modify the resistance level during your
training session.
2. PROGRAM
Select from 12 pre-programmed training programs.
After selecting a program, you can see the
program's profile.
