Select.PresstheQuickStartbuttontoskiptheWarmUpsessionandlaunchtheprogramwiththefollowingdefault
values:
Time=30minutes;
ResistanceLevel=1
Ageandweightwilldefaulttothedataenteredinthepreviouslysavedworkout.
Launch.Oncetheprogrambegins:
TheLEDlampovertheMANUALbuttonwilllight.
30:00minuteswillbedisplayedintheTimefield.
ThePulsedisplaywillshowa
heartrateisasignalisdetectedviathetouchheartratesensors.
TheDataDisplayfieldswillcontinuetotrackCaloriesandDistanceaswellasthecurrentvaluesforSpeed,
ResistanceLevel,StridesperminuteandWatts.
Theusermayadjusttheresistancelevelfrom1
to16duringtheprogram.
PresstheSTOPkeyoncetodisplaytheWorkoutSummary.
End.Whenthirty(30)minuteshaveelapsedortheSTOPkeyispressedduringtheprogram,theWorkout
Summarywillbedisplayed.PressSTARTagaintorestarttheQuickStartprogram.
