The500Erwillautomaticallylaunchathree(3)minuteWarmUpprogrambeginningofeachprogram.“WarmUp”
willbedisplayedontheconsole.Thisprogramisdesignedtoprepareyourbodyforanintensiveworkoutandreduce
thepossibilityofreceivingandinjuryduringworkout.Thereisno
WarmUpsessionwhentheQuickStartprogramis
selectedor0:00minuteswasenteredfortheWarmUpperiodintheSetupmode.
OncetheWarmUpprogramisstarted:
“WarmUp”willdisplayabovethebrickyard.
3:00minuteswillbedisplayedintheTimefield.
ThePulsedisplaywillshowaheartrateisasignalisdetectedviathetouchheartratesensors.
TheDataDisplayfieldswillbegintrackingCaloriesandDistanceaswellasthecurrentvaluesforSpeed,
ResistanceLevel,StridesperminuteandWatts.
Theusermayadjustthe
resistancelevelfrom1to5onlyduringtheWarmUpprogram.
PressSTARTatanytimetoendtheWarmUpprogramandimmediatelyenterthemainprogram.
Whenthree(3)minuteshaveelapsedortheSTARTkeyispressed,WarmUpwillendandtheprogram
will
begin.AnyaccumulatedvaluesforCaloriesandDistancecarryoverintothemainprogram
CoolDown
The500Erisoffersathree(3)minuteCoolDownsessionwhichlaunchesautomaticallyattheendofeachprogram.
“CoolDown”willbedisplayedabovethebrickyardfield.Theusermayquitthe
currentprogramandlaunchtheCool
DownsessionbypressingtheSTOPkeyatanytime.Designedtoreducemusclestiffnessandallowyourheartrateto
recover,theCoolDownsessioncanbeverybeneficial.
