The default weight will be flashing
in the calories window. Set

at your current body weight, press
the ENTER key.

default level will be flashing in the
LEVEL window. Set the LEVEL using
the UP

and DOWN

keys.
When you arrive at your chosen
intensity level, press the ENTER key.
NOTE:
The Glute Burn program will
ask you to set INCLINE LEVEL in
place of the RESISTANCE LEVEL.
