WARM UP MODE
Now the treadmill is in the manual
warm up mode. You are now in
control of both the speed and
elevation to reach your target
Heart Rate Zone. Once a steady
Heart Rate within 5+/- Beats Per
Minute of your entered Target
Zone is found, the console will
beep 3 times and then enter the
Heart Rate Training mode.
PROGRAM MODE
Now the treadmill will auto-
matically adjust your speed and
elevation to keep you in your
Target Zone. This will repeat
throughout the program. It will
adjust speed first, then elevation.
Never both at the same time.
NOTE: The matrix window will
scroll: “At target beginning heart
rate training.”
