Using the Upper Display
The program profile supplies information about your
programmed workout. A blinking segment in the profile
indicates your position. The profile raises or lowers if you
change your resistance.

Keypads
Use the keypads to enter program selections and display
preferences.
Multiple keypads exist on the console display including a
navigational keypad in the center of the display, and a
PROGRAMS keypad.
