PAUSING WORKOUTS
To pause a workout, simply stop pedaling. To continue the workout, resume pedaling. The pause duration lasts
60 seconds, after which, the MESSAGE CENTER displays the prompt: “SELECT WORKOUT USING ARROW KEYS
OR PRESS QUICK START”.
