• Slide the front fender onto the ends of the fork.

• Fit a .354 cap nut onto the end of the fork axle.
•Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut
on the fork axle. Pull on the cap nut to be sure it
is secure.
Hint: You may need the help pf another adult to support
the other end of the fork axle while you tap the cap nut.

• While holding the steering stop in place, slide the
handlebar assembly onto the neck of the vehicle frame.

assembly, steering stop, vehicle frame and out through
the upper hole in the handlebar assembly.
