Assembly
• Place the right rear fender on the side of the vehicle
frame, as shown.
• Insert four #8 x

/

" screws through the right rear fender
and into the vehicle frame.
*Note:The most forward screw should insert into the
fender, through the footboard and then into the
vehicle frame.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to to attach the left rear fender to
the vehicle frame.

• Fit a .437 cap nut on the other end of the upper shock rod.
•Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on
the upper shock rod. Pull on the cap nut to be sure it
is secure.
Hint: You may need the help of another adult to support
the other end of the upper shock rod.

• Slide the upper shock
rod through the upper
hole in the vehicle frame,
through the upper portion
of the monoshock and out
through the other side of
the vehicle frame.
Hint: You may want to
hold the monoshock in
position to fit the upper
shock rod through it.
