1 Display the "Output Method" window.
2 Select the "User Authentication" check box.
3 Select "Recipient User", enter the user name and password that are registered with the machine and
click [OK].
% For details on the user authentication, refer to page 11-17.
% If [User Authentication/Account Track] - [User Authentication Settings] - [Administrative Settings] -
[ID & Print Settings] - "Public User" is set to "Save" in the Administrator Settings of the machine and
the public user job is permitted, public user jobs are also saved in the ID & Print User Box. For
details, refer to page 12-54.
