3.4. TRAINING MODE
The Training mode contains the
functions you need during a train-
ing session. It displays stopwatch
and heart rate data, offers a num-
ber of control functions for reach-
ing ideal training intensity and
records data for further analysis.
The logbook gives an overview of
your performance during individ-
ual training sessions and the his-
tory function sums up your
training over a longer period of
time.
Heart rate
The first row displays your current Heart Rate.
Stopwatch
The second row displays the stopwatch.
Shortcuts
The third row displays alternatively 6 different functions. Change the displayed
information with ALT/BACK.
• Laptime/Timer: Displays the current lap time or timer.
• Time: Displays the current time.
• Avg: Displays the average heart rate since the beginning of the recording or lap.
• Altitude: Displays the altitude in selected units.
