Selecting a Program
1. While the Precor banner scrolls, press a PROGRAMS key,
and then press OK.
2. A time prompt blinks in the display. Use the navigational
arrow keys or the number keys to adjust the minutes
(1240) and then press OK. (Or, press CLEAR to return to
the default time limit.)
Note: Because the fitness facility can set limits for
workout, pause, and cool-down times, selecting an
unlimited workout time may not be allowed. Check with
your fitness facility manager.
To select the NO LIMIT option, type 240 on the number
keypad when the time prompt appears, then press the up
arrow key. When NO LIMIT appears, press OK.
Note: This option eliminates the automatic cool down
period after your workout. If you want a cool down period,
use the Manual Program to create one. Also, if you set the
center display to time and select the NO LIMIT option, the
display shows the time elapsed in your workout, instead
of the time remaining.
3. Enter your weight (1999) and then your age (1–99).
Note: To change a value (program, time, weight, or age)
that you have already entered, continue pedaling and
press RESET to return to the Precor banner. Select a
program and reenter the appropriate values.
4. Maintain a comfortable and consistent RPM while
exercising.
Note: The default workout time is 30 minutes.
