A) Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 3.
B) Slide the CONSOLE MAST BOOT over the bottom of the CONSOLE MAST.
C) Carefully pull console wires through the CONSOLE MAST. Attach the CONSOLE WIRES to the pre-attached
routing wire. Discard wire when finished.
D) Slide CONSOLE MAST into MAIN FRAME.
E) Insert 3 BOLTS (C), 3 LOCK WASHERS (D) and 3 ARC WASHERS (E) into back of CONSOLE MAST.
F) Attach CONSOLE MAST to MAIN FRAME using BOLT (B) and NUT (F).
G) Slide CONSOLE MAST BOOT down to cover exposed bolts.
HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 3 CONTENTS :
ASSEMBLY STEP 3
NOTE: There is NO hardware bag for
this step. Hardware is pre-installed.
A) Remove PRE-ATTACHED BOLT &
WASHERS from CONSOLE MAST.
B) Slide UPPER HANDLEBARS onto
CONSOLE MAST and attach by
re-inserting PRE-ATTACHED BOLT
& WASHERS.
A) Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 5.
B) Place TEFLON COATED WASHER
(H) over CRANK ARM followed by
PEDAL ARM.
C) Place a second TEFLON COATED
WASHER (H) over PEDAL ARM and
attach using NUT (G).
D) Repeat on other side.
E) Attach PEDAL ARM COVERS to
PEDAL ARMS using SCREWS (I).
