TRANSMISSION

• Install the bearing pins

CD

and the C-ring

(2)

on the upper

crankcase.

• Install the countershaft assembly on the upper crankcase.

NOTE:

Align the C-ring with the groove on the bearing

and

the bearing

pin with the indent on the bearing.

• Install the driveshaft assembly on the upper crankcase.

NOTE:

Align the bearing ring with the groove on the crankcase

and

the

bearing pin with the indent on the bearing.

• Install the oil seal @.

• Turn the bearings to install the bearing dowel pins ® in the

respective positions.

• Install the O-rings.

• Install the dowel pins

@.
