GENERAL
RESISTANCE VALUES
The chart below represents the amount of weight or resistance that you are
using, depending on which location you are pulling/pushing from (see
corresponding diagram on next page). The number (weight in pounds)
under the weight stack column is where the weight selector pin is located.
Find the appropriate % of weight to the right of this number, in the chart.
NOTE: When using both sides (50% resistance) together, you will be
exercising with a total of 100% resistance. Each side will be accountable
for 50% of independent resistance. Therefore, whatever the weight plate
sticker reads is the total amount of resistance being used. If you are only
using one side at a time (50% resistance), refer to the chart below, to
determine the amount of resistance you are actually using.
