2.3 ACTIVITY ZONE
Y. (Walk, Jog, Run) 3-Speed Keys: Press one of the 3-Speed keys prior to a workout to have the treadmill belt begin
moving at a preset value. The preset values are 2 mph / 3 kph (Walk), 4 mph / 6 kph (Jog), and 6 mph / 9 kph (Run).
During a workout, press these buttons to immediately change the belt speed to the preset value.
Z. Incline Up / Down: Use the INCLINE UP / DOWN arrow keys to change the incline of the belt by increments of 0.5%
with each press of the arrows
AA. Speed Up / Down: Use the SPEED UP / DOWN arrow keys to change the speed of the belt by increments of 0.1 mph
with each press of the arrows.
BB. Quick Start: Press this key to begin a manual workout immediately, without having to select a workout program.
2.4 READING RACK AND ACCESSORY TRAYS
The display console design includes a built-in reading rack (A) allowing a book or magazine to be supported during the
workout. Three built-in accessory trays (B), two side trays to accommodate large items such as water bottles and one
center tray for smaller items, are also included.
