7. First fit the Upper Handlebar Joints
(104&105) over the joints where the Upper
Handlebars and Lower Handlebars meet.
Secure the Upper Handlebar
Joint(104&105) together using two
Screws(68) and two Screws(82). Last, fit
the Lower Handlebar Joints(106&107)
where the Lower Handlebars and
Connecting Tubes join using two
Screws(68) and two Screws(82).
