monthsfordefectsinworkmanshipandmaterials.Ifa
productisdeemedtobeunderwarranty,GFHealthProd-
ucts,Inc.shallprovide,atitsoption,(1)replacementof
anydefectivepartorproductor(2)acreditoftheoriginal
sellingpricemadetoGFHealthProducts,Inc.'sinitialcus-
tomer. The warranty does not include any labor charges
incurred in replacement part(s) installation or any associ-
atedfreightorshippingchargestoGFHealthProducts,Inc.
The warranties contained herein contain all the represen-
tations and warranties with respect to the subject matter
ofthisdocument,andsupersedeallpriornegotiations,
agreements and understandings with respect thereto.
