Settings
Dual Time lets you keep track of the
current time in another time zone.

1. Pull out the crown to the first click.
This causes the second hand to
move to 12 o’clock.
2. Rotate the crown to change the Dual
Time setting.

You can set the Dual Time in 15-
minute increments.

Swapping Home Time and
Dual Time Settings
You can swap your Home Time with the
Dual Time by
holding down (B) for about
three seconds.

for Dual Time,
only the time settings will be
swapped. The day indicator will
not change.
Stopwatch
The stopwatch can measure elapsed
time up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59
seconds.
It can also measure split times.
