Adjusting Workout Level Settings


located at the top of the Hydraulic Cylinders. Use the dial to line up your desired
level with the white arrow.
Setting 1 offers the minimum depth of change of the treadles while setting 12 offers
the greatest depth of treadle movement.
Note: 
it is recommended that you only rotate the dial clockwise to setting 12 and
counterclockwise to setting 1.

