Activity Report
This report provides a record of your machine’s last 50
communications.
Information provided on this report includes:
· The total amount of time your machine spent sending
faxes and the total amount of time spent receiving faxes.
· The date, time and duration (S,R-TIME) of each
transmission or reception.
· The name or telephone number of the fax machine you
were communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID).
· The communication mode used.
· The number of pages.
· The result.
· Service codes.
· Department codes (D.CODE) when the Department Code
Setting (Speed Access Number 6) is set to ON.
Printing the Activity Report
!
The Activity Report automatically prints after your
machine completes 50 communications.
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
2 Press ᮢ orᮡ to select Report Print. Press Enter.
3 Press ᮢ orᮡ until the report you want appears on the
display. Press Enter.
4 Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to
return to standby mode.
