7 Press the appropriate Speed Dial key(s) for the desired
contact numbers.
The display alternates between
the Step 6 display
and
[Speed Dial Key Information]
ENTER WHEN DONE
8 When all locations (contact numbers) are selected, press
Start.
9 You can program another Relay Broadcast Mailbox
(Steps 3 -9) or
Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
Relay Entry Report
Your machine can print a report of the locations programmed
in a Relay Broadcast Mailbox.
This report is called the Relay Entry Report.
To print the Relay Entry Report, you must know the number
(01 to 16) of the Relay Broadcast Mailbox.
The Relay Entry Report shows:
· date and time the report was printed
· the box number
· the description (Location ID) of each location (contact
number) programmed in the relay broadcast.
