PARTS LIST - MOTORCYCLE LIFT
NOTE:
Some parts are listed and shown for illustration purposes only,
and are not available individually as replacement parts.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Solution
Motorcycle Lift “fades”, allowing a load to
slowly lower on its own.
1. Make sure the unit’s 1,000 pound lifting capacity is not being exceeded.
2. Make sure the air compressor’s regulator is set at 200 PSI.
3. Check all air connections for leaks.
4.
Bleeding Instructions:
Purge the system of air by fully pressing the
Release Foot Pedal (10) and pumping the Lift Foot Pedal (11) 15 to 20
times.
(See page 7.)
Check the level of hydraulic oil in the Reservoir (32P). If necessary, top off
the Reservoir with a high quality hydraulic oil of 15/40 viscosity.
(See
page 7.)
After the system has been bled, test the operations of the
Motorcycle Lift to assure its efficiency before attempting to lift a
motorcycle.
5. If the hydraulic oil level is okay, have a qualified service technician
replace the inner seals of the unit.
