Unpacking and levelling
Unpacking
1.Removethewasherfromitspackaging.
2.Makesurethatthewasherhasnotbeendamaged
duringthetransportationprocess.Ifithasbeendamaged,
contact the retailer and do not proceed any further with the
installationprocess.
3.Removethe4 protective
screws (used during tran-
sportation) and the rubber
washer with the correspon-
ding spacer, located on the
rear part of the appliance
(see figure).
4.Closeofftheholesusingtheplasticplugsprovided.
5.Keepallthepartsinasafeplace:youwillneedthem
againifthewasherneedstobemovedtoanotherlocation.
! Packaging materials should not be used as toys for
children.
Levelling
1.Installthewasheronaflatsturdyfloor,withoutrestingit
upagainstwalls,furniturecabinetsoranythingelse.
2.Ifthefloorisnotperfectly
level, compensate for any
unevenness by tightening
or loosening the adjustable
front feet (see figure); the an-
gle of inclination, measured
in relation to the worktop,
mustnotexceed2°.
Levelling the machine correctly will provide it with stability,
help to avoid vibrations and excessive noise and prevent it
fromshiftingwhileitisoperating.
Minimum Installation Spacing
This appliance may be installed in a recessed area, closet
oralcove.Theinstallationspacingisininchesandisthe
minimumacceptable.

lation, servicing and compliance with local codes and
ordinances.Installationsmustconformwiththeminimum
