Q9. Why I can not download the course data?
Answer.
1. V500 software must be installed on your
computer before your first use of V500. If you
haven’t installed software yet, please go to V500
website "Support" page at www.sonocaddie.com

via CD included to install V500 software.
2. The V500 must be linked with your computer
using the USB cable. Please check the connection of
USB cable and make sure you have internet access.
Insert the mini-end of the supplied USB cable into
the USB port of V500 and then connect the other
end of the cable to the USB port on your computer
(note: internet connection is required.)
3. Please check your credits status. At least one
course credit is required if you would like to
download the Satellite Imagery and Video Flyover.
