KATHY'S EXCLUSIVE
WALKMILL
PROGRAMS
Included with your Walkmill are Kathy Kaehler's Executive

Superstar Total Body Workout, which includes Kathy's body
sculpting secrets to the stars.
Kathy's Exclusive Programs have been included in a separate
manual as well as a separate flip chart for ease of use during your
exercise program. For more information please refer to the
Walkmill website at: www.walkmill.com.
Each of Kathy's programs have separate beginner, intermediate
and advanced levels. Please be sure to start with the program that
best fits your current fitness level. If you are just beginning a fitness
program, be sure to start at the beginner level of Kathy's programs
to allow yourself time to get up to speed.
Consult your Physician before beginning these or any other
exercise programs.
3. Insert the Left Handrail into the Handrail Supporter in the Frame
Base. Secure the Right Handrail to the unit using the 5/16" x 1-
1/2" Round Bolt and Circle Washer, and 5/16x 3/4" Round Bolt.
The Circle Washer should be used with the 5/16" x 1-1/2Round
Bolt. (See Figures 4 and 5.)
Note: Do not fully tighten Bolts at this time.
4. Attach the Right and Left Handrails together and secure together
using the 2 remaining 5/16" x 3/4" Round Bolts. (See Figures 6
and 7.)
5. Finish tightening, but do not overtighten, all Bolts from Step 2
through Step 4.
6. Attach the Water Bottle Bracket on the Console Supporter and
secure using the 1/4" x 1 3/4" Round Bolt and the 5/16" Nut.
(See Figure 8) Water Bottle Bracket should be snug, but not so snug
that it cannot be rotated around the Handrail.
7. Your Walkmill is now completely assembled and ready to use.
