Attach each PEC DEC AR~,I to BEARING HOUSING using (1) 1-1/4" X 1/2" FLAT WASHER (#87),
{1) SHIM WASHER (#84). (I) LOCK ~T liT’ x 15T(#82). and (1) PLASTIC
Slide PEC DEC ROLLER PADS (#36) onto LEFT and RIGHT PEC DEC AILMS U,;25 & #26).
(NOTE: IF A LUBRICANT IS REQUIRED, THOROUGHLY COAT THE INSIDE OF THE
ROLLER PADS WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL).
Attach PEC DEC SEAT TUBE (#27) to assembled frame using (2) 3/8" X 3" I-IEX BOLT, (4)
FLAT WASHERS. and (2) 3/8" LOCK NUTS.
Attach PEC DEC BACK PAl) (#34~ to assembled frame using (2) 3/8" X 2-3/4" HEX BOLT, and
3/8" FLAT WASHERS.
Attach PEC DEC SEAT PAD (#35) to assembled frame using (2) 3/8" X 2-3/4" HEX BOLT. and
3/8" FLAT WASHERS.
REFER TO ASSEMBLY DRAWING #4 FOR STEPS 21 THRU 25
Auach (2) 4-I12" PULLEYS (#40) to PULLEY BRACKET SUPPORT (#24) using (1) 3/8
HEX BOLT. (1) CABLE RETAINING CLIP (#31). and (1) 3/8" LOCK Nq.JT for each side. (DO
TIGHTEN)
Attach each end of the PEC DEC CABLE (#37) to the cable connectors on the Pec Dec Arm Cams. The
cable should be routed over the 4-1/2" pulleys.
Tighten the bolts holding the pulleys, being certain that the cable is under the CABLE RETAINING
CLIP (31).
Place (11 3-1/2 PULLEY (#41) over the loop in the PEC DEC CABLE (#37) and attach
FLOATING PULLEY BI~4,CKET (#28) using (1) 3/8 X 1-3/4" HEX BOLT. and (I) 3/8" LOCK
Attach ( 1 ) SNAP LINK (#43) to each end of the CHAIN (#44) and attach to the FLOATING
BRACKET.
REFER TO ASSEMBLY DRAWING #5 FOR STEPS 26 THRU 33
Attach SEAT TUBE (#15) to assembled frame using (2) 3/8" X 4-1/4" HEX BOLTS. {4) 3/8"
WASHERS. (I) BACK PLATE (#3). and (2) 3/8" LOCK
Thread THUMB POP PIN (#30) into SEAT TUBE (#15).
Attach SEAT PAD (#32) to ADJUSTABLE SEAT SUPPORT (#16) using (2) 3/8" X 2-3/4"
BOLT. and (2) 3/8" FLAT WASHERS.
Pull back the THUMB POP PIN (#30) and insert the ADJUSTABLE SEAT SUPPORT (# 16) into
SEAT TUBE (#15).
Insert ROLLER PAD SHAFT (#19) through hole in ADJUSTABLE SEAT SUPPORT (#16)
install t2) ROLLER PADS (#67) and (2) MUSHROOM CAP
Attach the LEG CURL ARM ASSEMBLY (#17) to the SEAT TUBE (#15) using (1) 1/2" X
HEX BOLT (FINE THREAD). (2) 1/2" FLAT WASHERS. and (1) 1/2" X 20 UNF X 8T LOCK
Inserl ROLLER PAD SHAFT (#19) through hole in LEG CURL ARM ASSEMBLY (#17) and install
(2) ROLLER PADS (#67) and (2) MUSHROOM CAP
