3. (a.) Now find the "U" shaped handlebar. Align the holes in the handlebar with the holes on the
top of each post, hand tighten the 4 handlebar screws.
(b.) Once all four screws are tightened by hand you can securely tighten the 4 flat head
screws with the 5mm Allen wrench provided.
4. Push on the plastic covers that go over the handlebar joint as shown in the picture.
5. Using the 5mm Allen wrench, securely tighten 3 of the short button head screws with
washers on the bottom of each support post.
