GUIDELINES
Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console and should be removed.
MONITOR DISPLAY:
Time, Pulse, Distance, Calories, Incline, Speed and Program Profiles.
STOP:
Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.
START/PAUSE: Simply press to begin exercising; press again to pause your workout.
ENTER: Used to select Program, Level, Time and Change Display.
QUICK PROGRAM KEYS: Used to quickly select desired program.
PROGRAM SETTING KEYS: Press to adjust Time, Incline, Speed and Level.
QUICK ADJUST INCLINE KEYS
: Used to reach desired incline more quickly.
QUICK ADJUST SPEED KEYS:
Used to reach desired speed more quickly.
INCLINE ARROW KEYS:
Used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% increments).
SPEED ARROW KEYS:
Used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 mph increments).
SAFETY KEY POSITION:
Enables treadmill when safety key is inserted.
BLOWER FAN:
Personal workout blower fan.
BLOWER FAN BUTTON:
Press the fan button once for low speed, twice for medium speed, three
times for high speed and four times to turn the fan off.
WATER BOTTLE / CD / MP3 HOLDERS:
Holds personal workout equipment.
READING RACK:
Holds reading material.
AUDIO SPEAKERS: Transmits sound from your CD / MP3 device.
AUDIO IN: Plug your CD / MP3 player into the console using the included audio adaptor cable.
AUDIO OUT / HEADPHONE JACK: Plug your headphones into this jack to listen to your music through
the headphones. NOTE: When headphones are plugged into the headphone jack the sound will no
longer come out through the speakers.
